HOW DO I KEEP MY MACARONS FRESH?

Store your macarons in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Macarons can safely be stored for up to 2 weeks in the fridge and up to 1 month in the freezer. They are best eaten at room temperature and can be taken out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before serving.

ARE YOUR MACARONS GLUTEN-FREE?

Macaron shells are naturally gluten-free. All Fun with Jane Dough shells are made with sugar, almond flour and egg whites, with the exception of chocolate shells which include cocoa powder. Fillings & toppings almost always contain dairy and all Fun with Jane Dough fillings are made with gluten-free ingredients. Check the individual pack for an ingredients list for specific included ingredients.
